My washing machine cycle came to an end. After 3 minutes it is supposed to unlock, but it didnt. It has drained all the water out, so that's not a problem. I turned the power off on the wall, and it still wouldnt unlock. How can I get my wet washing out?

How can I address the F1 error code?

Nettoyer l'agitateur d'une machine à laver/en

My washing machine constantly stops during the wash cycle and shows an F1 error code. I hit pause and start at least 50 times over two hours to complete my wash. Is there a part I can replace so that my wash cycle operates properly?
